Dr Chris Reeves (Osteopath)
Chris has grown up in the Bayside area, involving himself in various sporting clubs and community events. He currently sponsors the Parkdale Vultures Amateur Football Club and Kingston Saints Cricket Club.
Chris has previously worked as a supervising clinician at the Vic Uni Osteopathic Medical Clinic, a position he held for 5 years.
Currently Chris is a full member of the AOA and the chairman for the Public Relations Committee of the AOA, a position he has held for 2 years, and one which gives him great satisfaction.

Dr Julia Redfern (Osteopath)
Julia uses a broad range of structural osteopathic techniques including mobilisation, massage and stretching, while incorporating gentler osteopathic treatment for certain conditions. Having a holistic approach, Julia's consultations include advice on posture, nutrition, exercise, and work or home ergonomics to facilitate overall health, rehabilitation and injury prevention. She finds that having a Clinical Pilates background also helps her to encourage patients to integrate gentle postural exercises into their daily lives.
Having a strong interest in pregnancy and fertility, Julia provides osteopathic care for all aspects of women's health, including treatment and advice from ante-natal to post-natal stages of pregnancy, and pelvic floor strengthening for women of all ages.
She graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science (Clinical Sciences), and Masters degree which researched postural instability in chronic lower back pain during functional tasks. Julia has also undertaken postgraduate study in Obstetrics and Paediatrics, to further her interest in the treatment of women, babies and children.
Having a diverse sporting, dance and music background, Julia has a keen interest in related musculoskeletal injuries, as well as treatment of conditions such as headaches, neck and back pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Julia keeps active in a wide range of activities, including gym work, running, swimming, clinical pilates and yoga. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, drawing and catching up with friends.

Shaun Richardson (Osteopath)
Shaun graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science (Clinical Sciences) and a Masters of Osteopathy, his thesis focusing on the effect of spinal manipulation on the nervous system.
Shaun uses a broad range of structural osteopathic techniques including mobilisation, massage, manipulation and stretching, whilst incorporating gentler osteopathic treatment for certain conditions and patient presentations. He has experience treating a broad range of musculoskeletal complaints, including biomechanical dysfunctions, spinal problems, headaches, wear & tear injuries and muscle imbalances.
Shaun has a diverse sporting background, ranging from soccer, football and particularly basketball. He also enjoys watching nearly every other sport, and has a keen interest in treating sports injuries and ensuring athletes are able to perform at their peak.
Whilst studying at university, he spent his weekends working in footwear where he was able to apply his osteopathic knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics, to his vast knowledge of different footwear brands and styles. This has allowed him to quickly identify biomechanical dysfunctions that can be corrected through improved footwear choices.
When Shaun is not at work he keeps busy by playing basketball, and spending time with friends. He is passionate about his profession, and will do his best to ensure your optimal health and well-being.

Rebecca Clarke(Massage Therapist)
Rebecca Clarke is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with a Diploma of Remedial Massage and Certificate in Health Studies in Hot Stone Therapy, and has worked in various clinics and day spas along the Mornington Peninsula.
Treatments available at the clinic are Remedial, Relaxation, Sports, Pregnancy and Hot Stone Massage. Rebecca is a member of AAMT, Healthcare Provider and Worksafe Accredited.

Tina Towler (Receptionist)
A long time resident of the Bayside area Tina previously spent 12 years working in the IT Industry in various business management roles. Having joined motherhood and seeking local, part time work, Tina joined the team in Feb 2009. Tina enjoys using her previous work experience to help the business grow.
